Delivery and returns

 DELIVERY OF GOODS

We deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or national bank holidays).  In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra 2 working days.
From receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 3-5 working days, once relevant credit checks have been met.
Goods delivered by Royal Mail courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday – bulky items must be signed for by an adult.  If you are out at the time the courier arrives, a card will be left regarding collection/redelivery.
Please be aware that special orders may take a couple of weeks to arrive (we will inform you of this at time of order).
We will do everything we can to meet our delivery times and most will arrive within 7 days.  However, circumstances beyond our control do occur – severe weather, postal strikes and robots running amok …..
RETURNS POLICY

Robots Direct comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. at all times.
Our policy is to ensure that are fully satisfied with every purchase from Robots Direct.  However, we believe that there may be reasons why you would like to return your purchases.
As the customer of Robots Direct, you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 days from the date after the goods are received or receive written information.  Customers must email us (a phone call is not sufficient).  If you purchase an item and change your mind, the following criteria apply:
⦁ Goods ordered must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
⦁ You must e-mail as to the nature of the problem (a returns number will be issued).
⦁ Return of goods must be complete i.e. packaging, manuals, CD’s etc.
⦁ All returns must have a valid returns note number.
⦁ You are responsible for costs of despatch back to us.
⦁ We are not responsible for goods returned in transit.
⦁ You will receive a full refund less a 5% charge for credit card processing.
⦁ Goods returned must be in a new unused condition with no broken seals etc.
Faulty Goods:
⦁ Please contact us in the first instance (within 30 days of receipt).
⦁ All returned goods must have a complete valid returns number.
⦁ Return of goods must be complete i.e. packaging, manuals, CD’s etc.
⦁ Return shipping is your responsibility as is additional collection.
⦁ We will only offer a full refund upon investigation – If no fault is found, then no refund will be issued (subject to additional fees).
Errors in any area of order processing, delivery or administration will be rectified within 30 Days.
Complaints:
As Robots Direct is run by humans, not robots! We acknowledge the fact that you might want to make a complaint from time to time.
The following will apply to all complaints.
⦁ Dealt with in a courteous,professional manner at all times.
⦁ Logged and acknowledged within 3 working days.
⦁ Complaints will be resolved to the mutual agreement of both parties involved.
⦁ Customers will always be informed of progress made to resolve the issue.
⦁ Customers confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
